Brad Hood, The Job-Squad Founder
Owner Brad Hood was born and raised in the Charlotte area. He graduated from Rock Hill High School with a degree from the Career Development Center in Ornamental Horticulture. Upon graduating high school, he proudly joined the U.S. Armed Forces in the United States Marine Corps serving as an Infantryman and Security Forces Operator. After receiving an Honorable Discharge with the rank of Corporal, he moved to Florida to pursue a career in the Heating & Air trade. He graduated from Sarasota County Technical Institute with his Universal EPA Certification.
In 2005, Brad left Florida and moved to South Louisiana to work for a large mechanical contractor. Brad worked during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. His duties were to assess damage, coordinate schedules, make repairs and change out HVAC units for a national account of the company. In 2009 Brad returned to the Carolinas to work for a premier residential heating and air contractor to include furnace troubleshooting, gas furnace repairs, working on heat pumps, air conditioning maintenance and repairs.
Brad is now using his education, work experience and honorable reputation to manage The Job-Squad. He promises exceptional service at a fair price and knows once you choose The Job-Squad for your maintenance and service needs, you will never use another company! While it is impossible to stock every part for repairs, The Job-Squad stocks the most common furnace parts and air conditioning parts to eliminate trips to supply houses and allowing us to make more night and weekend repairs at a more affordable cost.
Over the years Brad has also racked up many skills to include Heating and Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair, Commercial and Residential Pressure Washing services, Interior Painting, Lawn Care, Leaf Removal, Gutter Cleaning, Light Fixture and Ceiling Fan Replacement.
